AMERICA'S BOATING COURSE
America's Boating Course is America’s Boating Club of Hilton Head’s primary civic effort toward public instruction in the fundamentals of safe boating. This 8-hour course, given during two class sessions (March 16, 8:00-2:00 and March 23, 8:00-11:00), is designed to familiarize you with the fundamentals of safe boating and will qualify you for the SC Department of Resources Boater Education Certificate. These two class sessions cover all the basics needed to operate a boat safely.
America's Boating Course gives you the knowledge to decide what type and size boat you need, what to do when meeting another boat in a crowded waterway, how to recognize and handle hazards, among many other skills. Become a more competent boater, learn from the best, take America's Boating Course today!
