Between our outside and inside rack storage, we offer more than 300 storage slips. Our storage facility is the only one on the island with two forklifts, allowing us to be efficient and timely getting your boat in and out of the water. With a newly concreted back lot for our outdoor storage and new indoor storage racks, we can accommodate boats up to 32 feet.

Storage rates
Inside Storage Fees:
12 month contract: $13/linear foot
6 month contract: $15/linear foot
3 month contract: $15/linear foot*
Outside Storage Fees:
12 month contract: $12.50/linear foot
6 month contract: $14.50/linear foot
3 month contract: $14.50/linear foot*
Additional Charges:
T-Top equipped boats will be charged and additional $50 a month
Customers that do not have a contract for storage will be charged for:
Haul Outs: $100
Trailer Loading: $100
Trailer Unloading: $100
Payment Options:
Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual and Annual.
*3 month contracts must be paid in full.
